Typical application Questions

We welcome applications for support for wetlands restoration projects.

There are two stages in the process - in the first instance we invite you to complete this short application form - here - which just asks the basic questions we need to know in order to give your project initial consideration.

If your project is selected for further consideration with a view to providing funding you will be asked to provide more detailed information. These questions may vary from project to project but are typically as follows. 

      • Project name
        • Submitted by
      • Project contact
      • Purpose
      • Type of Project
      • Location: street address, town. Map and aerial/sat photos (if available)
      • Water Body
      • Ownership
      • Landuse / management History
      • Species of note
      • Project Activities and Deliverables
      • Monitoring and Evaluation
      • Total estimated project cost/budget
      • Type of Suport Requested - financial, in-kind services (be specific)
      • Amount requested
      • Items to be Funded by CT CWRP
      • Amount/Source of Federal Funds leveraged by this request
      • Cost/Benefit Ration (e.g. Amount requested/acres affected - or other metric)
      • Schedule - include estimated start and completion dates
      • Phase of Project to Fund
      • Known controversies
      • Full list of Project Partners
